Service Description
Transform your Fitness and Wellbeing through high quality personalised Programming, and face to face input 1-1 for 1hr per week and Nutritional and Motivational Advice and Guidance. Nutritional & Fitness audit at the outset help to form a baseline towards which we work towards mutually agreed targets and outcomes. 360 degree, holistic approach to improvements in Strength, Balance, Flexibility and Aerobic Fitness combined alongside nutritional and lifestyle advice as required.
